Reformer Pilates

Reformer exercises are practiced in a flow sequence with the intention of working the muscles of postural alignment (core) along with the major muscle groups for a full body and mind work out. We will use our breath to help us activate all of our muscles. All moves can be modified to your need and Reformer experience.

Yoga and Mat Pilates

An hour-long yoga session practiced at a slow pace focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. Instructors will use several props to safely walk you through deep stretching. Blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets will assist you as poses are held much longer than a normal yoga class. Poses are held up to 5 minutes.

Nia® Moving to Heal is a gentle Nia® class with the intention of feeling better through the joy of movement. This is a free-will offering class with a portion of the proceeds going to a deserving organization.
